RETURNS

We hope that you will love your new swimwear. Please try it on with knickers and leave all labels attached.

Not quite right? We are happy to refund or exchange your order within 14 days of you receiving it.

Please note we can only accept returned items that are unworn with swing tickets still attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn (even briefly) in water.

If more than 14 days has passed we can exchange items for a credit note for our store.

Christmas Returns 2023

All orders placed between the 1st December and 1st January will have until the 15th of January to return for a full refund.

RETURNS FROM THE UK

We offer free UK Delivery (on orders over £100) and free returns so that you can try our garments in the comfort of your own home at no cost to you.

To return your purchase from within the UK:

• Pop the item(s) you want to return back in the original box along with your completed returns form including details of any exchanges you want to make. If you no longer have the form please add a note with your name and, if you have it, your order number. This helps us to know who the swimwear has come from.
• Attach the enclosed FreePost returns label to the front of your box and pop the box into your local post box.
• We recommend keeping your postage receipt from the Post Office for your own peace of mind.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International Returns you are responsible for the cost of shipping.

To return your purchase from outside the UK:

• Please drop us an email on [email protected] to let us know that you are returning an item.
• Pop the unwanted item back in the original box along with your completed returns form. If you no longer have the form please add a note with your name and, if you have it, your order number. This helps us to know who the swimwear has come from.
• Post your parcel to Deakin and Blue, Westacott Rd, Barnstaple, EX32 8AW. UK.
• We recommend always obtaining a postage receipt for your own peace of mind.

Please note we cannot offer exchanges on international orders. Instead please re-order your preferred replacement style and we will dispatch that as soon as possible to you.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.

Please note that it may take up to a further five working days for your bank to process the payment.
