Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw. 
2. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoters, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. Entries must be received by midnight GMT Monday 15th July 2024. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
4. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
5. To enter entrants must like the competition post and tag at least one person (multiple tags will mean multiple entrants). For an extra entry, entrants must share the post to their story and tag Deakin and Blue in it.
6. All valid and correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw which will take place within 3 working days of the competition closing. The first name drawn at random will be the winner.
7. The prize for 1 winner is a copy of Every Body by Molly Forbes, £130 Deakin and Blue voucher to spend on a Body Happy Suit (or any other the entrant would like) as well as a D&B Tote Bag and a Keep-It-Dry Bag.
8. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoters reserve the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. Prizes are not for re-sale, are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.  No cash alternative is available in any circumstances.
10. The Promoters make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and limits any liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose or otherwise.
11. No additional costs or expenses are included in any prize unless specifically stated. 
12. The winners will be notified via Instagram DM from Deakin & Blue. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the Promoter sending notification, by responding to the email that has been sent to them. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. 
13. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoters for the purposes of running the prize draw as detailed in these terms and conditions. 14. The Promoters may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoters' sole opinion) or who, in Promoters' sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
15. We will make the winner's name and county available on request to the following email address hello@deakinandblue.com (please state the name of the prize draw in the subject heading 10 weeks after the closing date).  If you do not want your name and county to be made available in the event that you win, please let us know by emailing hello@deakinandblue.com. Please note we are required to make the winner's details available to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
16. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this prize draw is submitted to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta and you agree that Instagram and Meta are not liable to you in any way in respect of this prize draw.
17. The Promoters are Penguin Random House UK, One Embassy Gardens, 8 Viaduct Gardens, London, SW11 7BW and Deakin and Blue.
18. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
