United KingdomFirst of all, it fits perfectly - the sizing information is very accurate. Secondly it's really comfortable and looks fantastic. Thirdly, it's reversible, so it's really two different suits. Last of all it's for swimming in rather than lounging on a beach so it's exactly what I wanted! Well worth treating myself to this high quality suit.
United KingdomI was persuaded to buy this style by my daughters. I have several d&b swimsuits in plain colours and usually dress in simple colours and shapes, so I wasn’t sure if this would be too flamboyant for me. But, as it is reversible, thought I should give it a try. Also, I had doubts about the plunge shape as I have a large bust. I wear a 34H or 36H bra so buy Hendricks in either 14 or 16. I have found that a 16 works better to hold my boobs (though 14 in the Signature swimsuit works well). Went for the 16 and still wasn’t sure about it when I tried it on, but my daughters convinced me - so glad they did! I took it to Crete on holiday and it ended up being my ‘go to’. Everything stayed supported and in place and it gave me such a joyful, holiday feeling. The reverse side orange also looks great with a tan :-) I love sea swimming, whether in the cold North Sea in January (in my D&B longsleeved cossie) or in the balmy waters of the Aegean. I am not exaggerating when I say that DeakinandBlue have given me a confidence as never before. Worth every penny. I buy nearly all my clothes second hand so I can afford my swimsuits Thank you so much!

But he was like a seal – he was absolutely rapid in the water. I asked him if he was doing a triathlon and he said, does this look like a triathlete's body? And then I started to notice that what I love about swimming is you can't look at somebody and know what kind of swimmer they are in the same way that when you look at a sprinter or a weight lifter they look like they belong in that sport. Swimming is so much more agnostic, and I love that."
